Trelitha R. Bryant Celebrates 20 Year Anniversary

Dallas, Texas, December 20, 2018 – Trelitha R. Bryant, Executive Vice President of Field Testing & Research at the corporate office of Behavioral Sciences Research Press, Inc. (BSRP), recently celebrated 20 years of service with BSRP. BSRP co-founder and Call Reluctance pioneer, George W. Dudley said, “It really is a rare occasion today that somebody would stay in one company for 20 years. Bryant is one of these people that makes a company different just to have them on board.” When asked why she has stayed at BSRP for 20 years, Bryant said, “I enjoy working at BSRP because research is a passion for me. I love the ability to discover aspects of human functioning and use that information to help make a positive difference in people’s lives. As an African American woman, I’m thankful to George Dudley and Shannon L. Goodson for the opportunity to break through the glass ceiling.”

In 1998, Bryant was hired as a Research Analyst. During her tenure in this position she completed countless research projects for organizations to help them better understand why their salespeople were not hitting their quotas. In 2006, she was promoted to Vice President of Field Testing & Research. Along with BSRP co-founders, George W. Dudley and Shannon L. Goodson, she constructed statistical models to study the influence of fear on the performance of salespeople, and other professionals, who are required to engage in networking or other advocacy activities. “Bryant brings enthusiasm, intelligence, joy, and she’s always willing to pitch in and help. We are grateful for her years of service.” said BSRP co-founder and call reluctance pioneer, Shannon L. Goodson.

In 2015, after a decade of working with the BSRP co-founders on their latest psychometric assessment, she was promoted to the executive team as Executive Vice President. Her work has been presented at the Southwestern Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. “Bryant’s exceptional character as well as her contributions to the company are deeply valued and highly respected by her colleagues and our clients alike,” said Suzanne C. Dudley, president of BSRP.

Bryant has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Creighton University in Nebraska, and has completed graduate coursework at Southern Methodist University in liberal studies. She is a member of the Association for Psychological Science (APS), Southwestern Psychological Association (SWPA), The Society for Applied Multivariate Research (SAMR) and the Plano Chamber of Commerce.
